Historic Blenheim is a c. 1859 central-hall plan Greek Revival-style brick farmhouse built for Albert and Mary Willcoxon just prior to the Civil War (1861-65). It is nationally significant for the voluminous quantity and quality of examples of Civil War inscriptions. Historic Blenheim is part of the Virginia Civil War Trails and the Northern Virginia Civil War Graffiti Trails. Guided tours for groups of 8 or more can be scheduled for a $25 fee. Programs are free of charge to City of Fairfax students– $3 per student charge for other public and private schools.
